Q: I’m not sure what product is best suitable for me can you help?

Q: I cannot print my return label, what can I do?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship to Canada, but we are working towards shipping to the US.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the Canada Postal Service or Purolator website, depending on who shipped your package.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days.

Q: Oops! I accidentally placed my order with standard shipment, but I need the order tomorrow!
A: If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll try to modify your order to next business day shipping assuming we haven’t yet hit our 1pm (PST) cutoff time. Please know that an additional shipping charge may apply.

Q: Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
A: If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll update the address before the order ships from our Distribution Center.
