St. John Ambulance BC & Yukon makes ordering and returning easy and efficient.

Step One: Process Your Return

You can print a FREE Canada Post * domestic shipping label right here! Here's what you need to do:

  1. Log into your account from the My Account link ("Sign In") located at the top right of our site.
  2. Click on "Easy Returns" (on the left side of the page).
  3. Locate the order number, which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select it by clicking on the "Start Return" button.
  4. Check off the item(s) you would like to return then click on the "Create Return" button.
  5. Click the "Print Return Form" button.  Print and complete the form (the form must be included with your return).
  6. Click the "Print Return Label" button for your return label.
