Shipping, Returns, & Refunds
Unlike many other websites where you have to guess what your shipping charge will be, St. John Ambulance has a flat-fee shipping rate on all domestic orders placed on our website, ordered through our Customer Support & Sales Centre or one of our 25 Branch locations in BC, with no minimum order size.
Being in the business of safety, St. John Ambulance understands the faster you get your order, the safer you are. By ordering from St. John Ambulance, your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Orders shipped outside of BC and shipped to the Yukon will be shipped within 7-14 business days. Please note: Due to high demand our ***AED & Emergency Preparedness line of products will be shipped within 30 business days.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Need more time to decide? Don’t worry. If after 30 days, you are still not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse up to 60 days from purchase and we will gladly exchange it for a St. John Ambulance Gift Card equal to the original purchase price. Offer excludes returns on all AED products. Please refer to ***AED Returns for all Automated External Defibrillators (AED) purchases.
With St. John Ambulance BC & Yukon’s 60-day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process (via My Account) to print out a free return label or call us - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.
Return With St. John Ambulance - It's Easy:
- You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.* Excludes AED products.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid Canada Post domestic label to return the purchase to us.*
- Once your return is received and inspected by our Team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. If a return is outside the initial 30 day return period, a St. John Ambulance Gift Card will be mailed to you via Canada Post in exchange for the return product. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
