Shipping, Returns, & Refunds

tFlat-Fee Shipping:

Unlike many other websites where you have to guess what your shipping charge will be, St. John Ambulance has a flat-fee shipping rate on all domestic orders placed on our website, ordered through our Customer Support & Sales Centre or one of our 17 Branch locations in BC, with no minimum order size.

Being in the business of safety, St. John Ambulance understands the faster you get your order, the safer you are. By ordering from St. John Ambulance, your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Orders shipped outside of BC and shipped to the Yukon will be shipped within 7-14 business days. Please note: Due to high demand our ***AED & Emergency Preparedness line of products will be shipped within 30 business days.

FREE Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Offer excludes returns on all AED products. Please refer to ***AED Returns for all Automated External Defibrillators (AED) purchases.

With St. John Ambulance BC & Yukon’s 60-day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process (via My Account) to print out a free return label or call us - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid. 

***AED Returns:

St. John Ambulance has a strict no return policy on all automated external defibrillator (AED) devices and on all AED accessories.
Should a customer receive an automated external defibrillator that is in a damaged condition, passed its expiration date, recalled, or otherwise malfunctioning; the customer must contact the manufacturer of that device. Please note that a restocking, shipping/handling fee of $200 will apply as per that manufacturer's policy.
